Watersprings Early Years Foundation School is a foundation school for children from 15months to 5years. Our Curriculum is derived from the revised British Early Years Foundation Stage  with excellent application to the Nigerian Environment, thus making learning applicable to daily life. At the Core of our practice is the principle of ‘learning through play’ by this we engage the children in well planned, purposeful structured and unstructured play.

Our team of experienced practitioners and support staff are trained to work with children, using a wide range of resources to provide outstanding learning opportunities through adult led and child initiated activities.

Our approach to education is to value each child and provide learning experiences that meets their individual need and enables them to enjoy their learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

The foundation stage syllabus sets out six areas of learning covering children’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. Each of these areas includes several aspects of learning which have been listed below:
